Is Genesis Table free?
Yes. Every table is free and uses play chips. There is nothing to buy and no sign-up.
Is this real-money poker?
No. Genesis Table is play money only. Chips have no value and cannot be bought, won or cashed out. There is no real-money gambling of any kind.
How do I play with friends?
Pick Play with Friends in the lobby and press Open New Table. You get an invite link to share; anyone who opens it lands at your table and can sit down with free play chips. Or press ▶ Join to be seated with whoever is playing.
Can I play the computer?
Yes. Practice tables run entirely in your browser: heads-up, six players or a full ring, No Limit or Fixed Limit.
Can I play No-Limit Hold'em?
Yes. Bet any amount from the minimum raise up to all-in with the slider, the amount box, or the Min, ½ Pot, Pot and All-in buttons. Buy-ins are 40 to 100 big blinds of play chips.
Do I need an account?
No. Your browser keeps your screen name and a random player key, so a table recognises you when you come back. Change your name under Options → Screen Name.
How do I know the shuffle is fair?
Every deck is committed (as a SHA-256 hash) before the deal and mixed with a random seed from each player's browser. After the hand the secret is revealed and your browser checks it. Open History at a table and press Verify to see every step.
What if I disconnect?
The game keeps going. Your clock and time bank keep running; if they run out you check or fold and are sat out, with your chips still at the table. After 60 minutes away your seat is freed.
Can I play several tables at once?
Yes, up to four. The taskbar at the bottom flashes a table's button when it is your turn there.
